During my tenure as a senior project manager at Jellyfish Digital Marketing, I spearheaded the development and deployment of localised web content across 16 markets within the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions for the luxury fashion brand, Louis Vuitton.
In this role, I led a global cross-functional team of 250+ web content editors (around 15 vendors per market), and collaborated with Louis Vuitton's team of web publishers to lead the web localisations of their high-profile product launches, including their exclusive partnerships with the likes of Yayoi Kusama and Nike. I led the weekly standup meetings with organised agendas, identifying and resolving blockers, while maintaining team engagement through recognition of completed tasks.
With the scale of the project, I identified a key optimisation opportunity for automation to produce SEO and digital content at scale using artificial intelligence (machine learning), particularly for repetitive content, slashing external vendor costs by 42%, which resulted in improved project profits.
Considering the multitude of stakeholders involved, I automated the feedback loop between clients and vendors. This streamlined process proved instrumental in identifying recurring content quality issues, which enabled the continuous development of best practices. This, in turn, mitigated risks to quality and improved the project's average net promoter score to 9/10.
My team's collective efforts throughout this project secured the win in the request-for-proposal for two additional years, with a project value of £2 million, and solidifying the company's partnership with Louis Vuitton.
